Founded in 1856 in Marseille, Fer à Cheval is the oldest and one of the very last remaining soap factories in France that continues to produce traditional Marseille soap. The soap is saponified exclusively in cauldrons using the traditional Marseille method. Candy bars or soap? It sure is hard to tell when they look this cute! Not only do the soaps smell delicious enough to eat, they are also amazingly moisturising for your skin.
